EABC is a specialty, tailor-made chemical company. All products are custom-designed based on specific customer requirements and may differ from materials of the same or similar names available in the general market as generic products.

Disclaimer

• This information relates solely to the specific material(s) designed, formulated, and supplied strictly in accordance with the customer's requirements.
• Company not sell any generic products they all are blends.
• The products are intendedly exclusively for use as ingredients in animal, aqua, and poultry feed applications, and as specific premix ingredients for cosmetic formulations for external use only.
• The supplier shall not be responsible for any outcomes arising from the use of the product in combination with other materials or from processing methods other than those specified or approved.
• The product may be micro- or macro-encapsulated or coated; therefore, the supplier disclaims responsibility for variations resulting from encapsulation or coating techniques.
• Due to the novel and specialized nature of these materials, standard analytical methods (such as IP, IFC, IUPAC, BP or other physical/chemical tests) may not always produce conventional assay results. Testing shall follow specific methods (MOA) provided by the supplier.
• Results stated in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or in comparison with generic products may vary, particularly due to encapsulation and process-specific characteristics.
• It is recommended that the product/material be introduced gradually, with partial replacement initially, rather than fully replacing conventional or regular products at once.
• No representation, warranty, or guarantee—express or implied—is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
• The final product composition may vary from standard descriptions, as each product is customized based on the client's requirements relating to physical appearance, chemical performance, and pricing.
• The supplier assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or expense—whether direct or consequential—arising from the use of the product.
• All goods are custom / tailor-made and supplied strictly as per customer specifications, requirements, and mutually agreed pricing.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to determine the suitability, compatibility, and completeness of both the information and the product for their specific application.
• Goods are dispatched only after the customer has tested and approved the samples and packaging to their full satisfaction.
• Upon final approval, the purchaser shall place an official purchase order. Sold materials are non-returnable and non-replaceable, and all sales are final.
• The company explicitly declares that none of its products are not strictly for pharmaceutical use or for human consumption under any circumstances.
• The seller shall notify all the above terms and conditions of supply.
• No claims, representations, or warranties—express or implied—are made by either party regarding the safety, reliability, durability, or performance of the products. All products are supplied strictly based on customer-specific requirements, and the company accepts no liability in this regard.
• It is assumed that the customer is fully satisfied with the samples, CoA, and MOA provided. If the customer supplies or resells the products to any third party, it is their responsibility to share all relevant information and obtain approval from the end user prior to supply. The company shall not be responsible for any complaints or claims raised by end users. Sold material not returned nor replaced in any circumstances once sold this is final Sale
• Any trade dispute or controversy shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any proceedings, including arbitration, shall be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by EABC, and shall be held at Kanpur, U.P. and/or Mumbai, Maharashtra, at the sole discretion of EABC. No other court or jurisdiction shall apply.
• Our Products may have not been evaluated For Performance .these Products are not intended to Diagnose, Treat, cure, Prevent and diseases, give nutritional values of value addition in any form.
